In compliance with the Statutory Instruments Act 2013, the Commissioner General on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, has reviewed the regulations/rules under the above legislations and developed the following draft regulations:
- The Income Tax (Turnover Tax) Regulations, 2023; and
- The Tax Procedures (Electronic Tax Invoice) Regulations, 2023.
In compliance with the same Act, and on behalf of the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Economic Planning, the Commissioner General invites interested members of the public and stakeholders to submit their inputs and comments for consideration in finalizing of the above regulations. These draft regulations have been posted on the KRA website, www.kra.go.ke. You may download the same for your reference.
