How to De-register your PIN as a Foreigner

   STEP 1 Taxpayer files all pending returns
2. 

   STEP 2 Taxpayer pays taxes due as may be applicable
3. 

   STEP 3 Taxpayer log in to iTax to initiates the de-registration process
4. 

   STEP 4 Taxpayer provides supporting document to show they have exited the country - endorsed passport exit stamp will suffice
5. 

   STEP 5 A sworn affidavit to ⁠Confirm that they do not own any property in Kenya
6. 

   STEP 6 Application acknowledgement receipts
