Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for effective management of the Authority’s properties.

Key responsibilities

  • Repair & Maintenance of KRA Property & Estates
  • Supervising building projects and partitioning works
  • Overseeing the allocation of KRA houses
  • Preparation & Review of Bills of Quantities
  • Follow up on property ownership documents
  • Management of utilities
  • Management of outsourced services, contractors
  • Ensure all health and safety, environment policies and regulatory requirements are complied with

 

Academic and Professional qualifications

  • A degree in Land Economics, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Certificate of Registration with the relevant Professional Body

Relevant work experience required

At least 5 years work experience.

  • Good organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Good strategic, analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with third parties and staff
  • Motivated, dynamic and dedicated team player

  • Click on the Job posting to display the details of the position.

  • Follow the instructions to complete and submit your application.
