The National Treasury and Planning and Kenya Revenue Authority would like to inform Financial Institutions and members of the public that the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning has drafted The Tax Procedures Act (Common Reporting Standards) Regulations, 2021 for carrying out of the provisions of Section 6A and B of the Tax Procedures Act, 2015 (As amended in the Finance Act 2021).
In compliance with the Statutory Instruments Act, The National Treasury and Planning and Kenya Revenue Authority hereby invite interested members of the public and stakeholders to submit their views on the draft Common Reporting Standards Regulations. The submissions should be addressed to the Commissioner General, Kenya Revenue Authority, P.O Box 48240- 00100, Nairobi or emailed to stakeholder.engagement@kra.go.ke to be received on or before Tuesday, 4th January, 2022.
