Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) in conjunction with the Nairobi Metropolitan Services and Nairobi City County Government hereby notifies all persons and businesses who have been allocated reserved parking and or loading zones within Nairobi City County that the same shall expire on 31st December 2021.
Customers intending to renew or apply for reserved parking or loading zones for the year 2022 are advised to register and submit their applications using the following link https://nairobiservices.go.ke or download the Nairobi e-Services mobile app on Google Play store.
To register for an account, the customer is required to have National ID number, KRA Personal Identification Number and required personal information. The customer will then select reserved parking Module and is guided through the registration, application and payment process.
All payments should be made through the bank account details listed below:
