Complaints and Information Centre

Complaints and Information Centre (CIC) is an office within the office of the Commissioner General established as a redress mechanism for handling taxpayer’s complaints and access to information.

These complaints include service, procedural and administrative complaints that are not resolved through the normal complaints mechanism

CIC does their utmost to assist taxpayers in resolving their complaints speedily, amicably and free of charge before considering a protracted court processes.

The office receives informer’s information under the informers reward scheme. However, this only applies to informers who disclose their identity. Informers who seek to remain anonymous are not entitled to the informers reward.
