The Kenya Revenue Authority wishes to inform importers, port operators and clearing and forwarding agents that starting Saturday July 30, 2005 the Customs Services Department will work on weekends to clear all back log.

The operations will start at 8.00a.m to 5.00p.m on Saturdays and Sundays until further notice.

All clearing agents are advised to lodge import entries and pay duties by Friday every week before collecting goods from Customs entry points.
