Withholding Tax and Installment Tax remittances

DUE DATE : FRIDAY 20TH AUGUST 2004.

The Commissioner of Income Tax would like to remind all taxpayers (Companies and Individuals) as follows:
The following taxes are due and payable on or before Friday 20th August 2004.
1. Withholding tax deductions made during the month of July 2004.
2. Installment tax from taxpayers whose accounting periods end on:
a) 30th April - 1st Installment
b) 28th February - 2nd Installment.
c) 30th November - 3rd installment
d) 31st August - 4th Installment.
You are kindly reminded to remit your taxes and submit your returns as required by the law, as failure to comply with the above requirements will attract penalties and Interest.
