Kenya Revenue Authority wishes to remind all Importers, that imported goods will only be cleared through Customs against manifest lodged electronically by the Captain of the conveying vessel or his authorised shipping/airline agents (as provided for in Section 24 of the EAC CMA) and not any other unauthorised parties.

Kindly ensure that all your shipments have manifests duly lodged as directed above.
