Kenya Revenue Authority wishes to inform rate payers that the Authority has ceased to collect land rates for the City Council of Nairobi and the Municipal Council of Mombasa with effect from 01/02/06 .

Rate payers are advised to remit payments to the respective councils from now on.

If there are any enquiries regarding the matter, rate payers should contact the respective Town Clerks on telephone numbers 020-221349 - Nairobi and 041-2311025 - Mombasa.

KRA wishes to take this opportunity to thank rate payers for cooperation received during the time the Authority was collecting rates on behalf of the two councils.
