The Commissioner of Domestic Taxes under the powers conferred to him in the Seventh Schedule to the Value Added Tax Act, directs taxpayers in Nairobi located within the area enclosed by the under-mentioned roads as per the illustration below to purchase and use Electronic Tax Register, Fiscal Printer or such other approved Fiscalised Device with effect from 1st April, 2005.
