The Commissioner General Mr. M.G. Waweru was the chief guest on a weekly one-hour Interactive Programme: "Moving the Masses” on Kenya Broadcasting Corporation Television (KBC) on 14th June 2009. 

The CG led discussions on stopping corruption in the revenue collection process.
The theme of the programme was “When a corrupt Kenya starts paying tax, will the masses see a significant change in their living standards?”

Moving the Masses is a weekly one-hour Live Interactive TV Programme aimed at mobilizing Kenyans to take action against graft. Subjects discussed in the programme are topical.
Dr. P.L.O Lumumba is the host of the programme which has a repeat airing on Wednesdays and with audio versions on Pamoja FM and Koch FM on Sundays and Mondays respectively.
Moving the Masses is an initiative by the National Anti-Corruption Campaign Steering Committee (NACCSC) and has featured senior government officials, Heads of Key institutions/departments, civil society and religious leaders among other players in the reforms agenda.
